With over 20 years experience within the Water Treatment Industry, Simon can offer practical independent advice for both domestic and commercial water softener requirements.
Alison Cook
Director and Office Manager
With over 10 years experience working as a Quality Compliance Officer and over five years working within the water treatment industry Alison is able to ensure delivery of excellent customer care throughout all aspects of Soft Options.
Phil Wootton
Service Engineer
With over five years experience working in the water treatment industry Phil is able to offer excellent technical support for all water softening and drinking water needs. Specialising in sales and servicing and salt delivery Phil is also able to offer excellent customer care. With previous experience in retail and IT Phil is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to technology and systems.
John
Qualified Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Recently joined John has been a qualified plumbing and heating engineer for over 16 years. Qualified with level 1,2 and 3 NQV City and Guilds and gas safe registered John is a perfectionist when it comes to the art of plumbing. John undertakes all water softener installations for Soft Options and is a valued member of the team.

Service Engineer
With over three years experience working within the water treatment industry Mike is able to offer excellent technical support for all water softening and drinking water needs. Specialising in sales and servicing and salt delivery Mike is able to offer excellent customer care and is a valued member of the Soft Options Team. With a background in farm mechanics and servicing Mike has a wide range of knowledge and expertise in fault finding and equipment handling.
