Just a quick line to say thanks for your excellent and speedy response to exchange my water softener after the failure of my 23 year old Kinetico machine. The new Harvey Minimax M2 machine looks good and is performing excellently and we are really pleased to be back on soft water again. The block salt we are now using makes the re-charging of salt so much easier than lugging the old bags of salt around. Our thanks to Simon for his excellent work and we have no hesitation in recommending Soft Options to anyone.
